I'M SICK AND NEED AN URGENT APPOINTMENT

No worries, call us or make an appointment in one of the “urgent appointment” boxes and we will take care of you.

HOW MUCH WILL BE MY SHARE?

You do not have to pay anything if you are registered with the medical center.

I NO LONGER HAVE MEDICATIONS FOR MY CHRONIC TREATMENT

If this is a treatment that you have been taking for several months and has recently been checked by one of our doctors, then you can call reception or send us a message so that we can writes a prescription.
You can pick it up at reception.

I NEED A DOCTOR URGENTLY

To ensure your care, a relay system is in place so that a doctor can see you 24/7 if your case is urgent:

Weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.:
You can always make an appointment with a doctor from the medical center.

Weekdays between 6 and 7 p.m.:
In the event of overflow (i.e. if all available appointments for the same day have already been made), and only in the event of a medical emergency that cannot wait until the next day, a one-hour additional appointment window is scheduled every day of the week between 6 and 7 p.m. You must then have requested an appointment the same day before 5:30 p.m.

Evenings and nights from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m.; weekends and public holidays:
The line 02/520.25.52 is diverted to the Brussels guard number: 02/201.22.22. An external doctor, working for the on-call service, will come to your home.

I AM SICK ON HOLIDAY (IN BELGIUM), I CONSULT A DOCTOR LOCALLY, HOW DOES IT HAPPEN?

In this case, we will reimburse you for the INAMI part of the service (upon presentation of this). The co-payment remains the responsibility of the patient.

I CALLED THE CALL FOR AN EMERGENCY, WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

If you called the on-call service in the context of an emergency, the on-call doctor will have provided you with a service. You can come to the reception of the medical center to be reimbursed for the INAMI share. The co-payment will remain your responsibility.

I AM REGISTERED WITH THE MEDICAL HOME BUT I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE TO GO CONSULT (IN THE REGISTRATION AREA) TO ANOTHER DOCTOR OR NURSE, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

No, it is not possible to consult another doctor or nurse if you are registered with the Maison Médicale. Reimbursement of an external service other than calls to the on-call service in an emergency are not reimbursed, as indicated in the registration form.
